Terms of service

These terms cover your use of Sponsorly — the website and the product — during the founding pilot. By using Sponsorly, you agree to them. We've written them to be readable for the volunteers who run community clubs, not just lawyers. If something doesn't make sense, ask us.

Sponsorly is currently in a founding pilot. During the pilot:

• it's free for founding clubs;
• we set your club up with you as a concierge, hands-on service;
• it's an early product — some things may change, and occasionally something may not work perfectly. We'll be upfront when that happens.

If we introduce paid plans later, we'll tell founding clubs first and give you clear notice before anything changes — there's no surprise billing.

To keep things running smoothly, you agree to:

• give accurate information when you register and use the service;
• only enter information you're allowed to — for example, sponsor and contract details your club holds;
• keep your login details secure and not misuse the service.

Your club's data stays yours. We store and process it to provide the service, as described in our privacy policy. You can export or ask us to delete it at any time. We won't sell it or use it for advertising.

We work hard to keep Sponsorly available and to help you personally during the pilot, but we can't promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may occasionally need to update or pause the service for maintenance.

Sponsorly is provided on an “as is” basis during the pilot. To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that can't lawfully be excluded.

You can stop using Sponsorly at any time and ask us to close your account and remove your data. We may end or suspend access if these terms are seriously or repeatedly breached, but we'll always try to talk to you first.
